The Recluse is Finally Here!

The Blackwidow is the offroad kart. The recluse is very low and close to the ground.
two things,
1) What kind of engine do you suggest for a racing kart and about how much do you think that will be.
2)Can the publisher of this site write back to tell me were he/she got the forum from. I am wanting to put one on my website i am building and dont know how. Please help me.
